My own personal journey towards my physical and emotional healing opened my eyes to a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection and the power of spirituality. I discovered that tapping into our emotions and aligning our energies can truly transform our live. This revelation led me to pursue a career as an Spiritual and Life Coach, as well as a Reiki and Sound Therapy practitioner.
